I have been traveling. Like each trip can show us, this one revealed to me what is most important right now. Visiting London, Glastonbury, Venice, Rome, Turin and now back in Istanbul, I am back from where I started from, but I am not the same. Each place held for me different experiences, waiting for me to step into and receive their special blend of energies. The alchemy between each place, each person and my own vibration created experiences perfect for showing me how to move forward at this time, how to grow in the direction my heart has been pulling me towards.

Like each trip, each day can be like this. Life is breathtaking - in its beauty, in its monumental power to transform from one instant to another. This is its challenge and its gift. It is up to us what we do with it, whether we wait quietly, allowing events to whirl around us, to sit day after day, unchanging, or whether we choose to step into its center, reach our our arms and spin, spin our essence out for others to see, feel and respond to.
