I will fly from Istanbul tomorrow, on Summer Solstice. This has been my home base for three months, and as I prepare to leave I feel a mixture of challenge, sadness and an increasing glow of excitement that courses through me. Summer Solstice is a porthole, a time to embrace the golden light that flows stronger though all of creation. With it comes inevitable change. When we stay with our hearts and feel the shifts that are happening with our bodies we center ourselves. This centering of self allows us to spin and weave through the shifts that occur as outworn patterns and structures are released. By remaining anchored in our hearts we can best respond to the uncertainties that present themselves, that arise from the old falling away. This allows us to create beautiful new ones that will match our true desires, that will be aligned with our soul’s purpose. May you celebrate your own increased lightness of being.
