Epithalamium is a wedding poem, or a blessing, said to have originated as a literary form with the Greek poetess Sappho. My ephithalamium is for many weddings. Summer Solstice is celebrated as the day of Light, where the sun is visible in the sky for the longest amount of time. In the southern hemisphere now it is Winter Solstice and signals a return to longer days and to more light. Here it is the height of the marriage between Sky and Earth, or Pure Energy and Matter, and is the official transition from spring to summer. Celebration of this transformation is an invitation to open to our highest potential, to shine our brightest. As the earth turns, so do we. Each moment holds infinite creative possibilities. Conscious intent is magnified in community, when we come together. There is nothing you have to do to participate - an open heart and an open mind create space for beauty to unfold.

I celebrate now a trilogy of books I have been writing for almost two years in over ten countries that are being published. They hold messages I received from the different vibrations of land and people I encountered. They are stories of my understanding and acceptance of self and my unique place in the symphony of creation. They tell how I learned to hear and to sing the songs of my soul and then how to dance to them fearlessly. I hear often the voice of creation carried on the wind, the water and in the trees. I remember stories from long ago. I believe each one of us has a unique note to sing and when we follow the whispers in our hearts and share ourselves we weave patterns of harmony. These three books are the beginning of a series of nine and are like the roots of a cherry tree, with the promise of sweetness. They tell how to achieve self-mastery and are my roots for living with grace.

The next three books are the cherry blossoms just now opening. I believe books 4 and 5 will be released on winter solstice this year and book 6 will be celebrated next Summer Solstice and that to complete them I will travel to Canada, Italy, Bali and return to Italy. They will explain alchemy - how to create a physical reality or form that reflects the conscious desires of the soul, and include a handbook to guide others.

The last three books will be like the fruit on the tree: the cherries, holding words and images of my delight in the beauty that surrounds me. I intend to share them by Winter Solstice 2012 and I believe they will be written in Italy. To write the remaining six books I will continue to listen to my heart, where I hear the greater voice of creation. I cannot know exactly where it will lead now, for the path unfolds with each breath.

As I travel I offer my stories and my songs to those who wish to listen. These books I cannot write alone. They are co-created with everyone who helps me, with their questions, their encouragement, their own stories and with material support. I believe in my purpose and have faith that I will always be assisted on my journey, because it is what I am meant to do. I believe each one of us who follows the voice in their heart will also receive the support they need to realize their dreams, to live their highest potential. The Wedding

Someone asked me the other day,
“How was the wedding?”
I wondered, “which one?”
I wore diamonds in Florence
for Botticelli’s Primavera. 

The wedding is a dance
between Spirit and Form.
What matters most
is leading from the heart
and rising when you fall. 

The first union within
leads to the second with all.
From two is born three - a new entity.
The eye anchors the

The time we have been waiting for is here. Very, very soon you will begin to see what had been obscured before, if not already. Doubts will fall away, until it is so simple, so clear that nothing matters except our own personal integrity. What others do is not your responsibily. All we can do is our best- for ourselves and for the world. Then we liberate ourselves to live the dreams we hold in our heart. Ego is a weight we carry, and much of it is not our own. We do not need to carry it and personal will can be exercised to free us. Then we all embody the Great One, Christ Consciousness.

When we slow down, breathe and are aware, we need so much less than we think we do. Appreciate everything you have in the moment, then choose what will fuel your joy, passion and let it lead you. Beauty is born from the voice of Spirit, carried on the breath. Stay with it and you will know self-mastery, freedom, grace. Do not be ashamed of your hungers, your needs. You are in a human body and part of your journey on Earth entails honoring her form, her physical abundance and the cycles of her seasons, months, weeks, days, hours, minutes…

To move in tune with her you need to give yourself what will empower you: nutrition, activity, rest and love to nurture your soul in all dimensions- the physical and the ethereal. There is truly a time for all things. Honor the hungers you have by feeding them at the right time. Be aware. Needs denied turn into addictions in some form, into the use of other things to block out the truth of the feeling in the moment. Thoughts are also an addiction. Focus your attention on the BREATH. It carries Love, the vibration of all creation.

Your body is a mandala. What you fear in the world, what you dislike in the world, in another, is a symbol for what you fear in yourself, dislike in yourself. What you love, find and treasure that in yourself. This is the time for Self-forgiveness. Self-love. It is the time to reclaim your power.

It is time to forgive yourself. It is time to take pride in who you are. Everything you have wished to change, everything you have judged yourself for, has never been wrong. You have always taken care of yourself in the best way you knew how to do. You have nothing to be ashamed of. Everything has unfolded perfectly, showing you at the right time what you needed to learn. Now open your eyes and appreciate how you have grown. Love yourself. Treasure yourself. Express yourself. Be yourself.

There is a time for all things. Divine timing means that you are at peace, resonating in tune with the vibration of Creator, and from this place are naturally at the most perfect place, doing what most supports your highest potential. When you live according to Divine timing you let go of all anxiety, secure in the knowledge that what you most yearn for on a soul level will come, when it is the right time. Now especially is a time to focus on caring for yourself, loving yourself unconditionally, and taking the time each day to tune in and comfort yourself, in whatever way best does that - it may be yoga, a nap, a run, spending time outside, a hot bath - whatever. Now is the time to return again and again to your center, leave any worries, and trust that everything will unfold as it should. Have faith.  Abundance and grace are here, so much of it. Trust.

The only certainty is that we are made of love, and by allowing this to gently release our fears, doubts and limiting habits we return continually to harmony, eternal light. Love is carried on every breath you take.

You are a perfect crystal, a perfect heartbeat, a perfect song, a perfect melody. Together we are the most beautiful symphony. When each one of us lets go, simply lets go, relaxes, releases, we are restored to perfection. You are already everything you have dreamt of being.

Doubt and fear create vibrations that lead you away from the path of your heart. When more and more of us sing our song, are true to ourselves, forgive and allow ourselves to Be, we are like perfect crystals. Through resonance each one of us can help others to be the perfect crystal they were born to be. This is creation. No good or bad, no dark or light. No duality. It is a subtle dance, a balancing act. We cannot be male or female, ruler and ruled, mind and heart. We must be both. And just as we cannot be divided, so all of creation cannot be divided. This is Earth, this is Gaia.

It is time to unite, to heal, to care for Earth that for so long humanity has been supported by. It is time to be her ourselves. To nurture and care for ourselves and for each other. When we know who we are, when we take the time to know who others are, we discover truly that only love is real and we step forever from the bonds of suffering.
