I am going dancing tonight. I am in a small town in the Kootenay mountains. The air here is pure, and I am with old friends. My travel plans have been shifting more quickly than ever, and I know that dancing tonight is more important than anything else right now. It has been a long time since I have danced with friends. It will ground me more surely than anything else can. Dancing lets the soul express, dancing carries one to the heartbeat of creation. It sounds in my heart, and is the compass that leads me on the right path that at times appears elusive. I believe to express one’s heart with passion is the most powerful and most loving thing we can do – for ourselves, for others and for all creation.
