In addition to the sessions below I also offer intuitive consulting for detoxing and wellness in response to your present condition, history and future aspirations that may be received in person or via email and may include distance healing sessions.
sound healing session
We create our bodies and our lives from our perceptions of our selves. Sound healing supports the recovery of your body from stress: physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. I use my voice and indigenous instruments with acupressure to support the release of tension and your return to harmony in body and psyche.
Recommended for moving through times of transition, pain release, emotional and spiritual healing, or for a simply light-heart experience. In addition to sound it may include a short message, story or poem.
Sound healing bridges the physical world with the intangible world of spirit. It helps to release patterns of disharmony in our thoughts and emotions, alter molecular structure and unite the different aspects our being into a unified whole.
distance vibrational healing
Upon receipt of your request you will receive an email with details for your session, that is received as a silent transmission. Distance sessions carry vibrational frequencies to support and strengthen soul awareness and wellness on all levels. I will send a follow-up email upon completion of the session and reply to any questions or experiences you wish to discuss. Email me for requests.
space clearing
Spaces can retain lower vibrations; a clearing can assist with supporting one’s energetic balance. Recommended for transits between old and new work and home spaces.
teachings
Sound healing circles, private and group workshops are based on the healing arts of story, song and dance. Stories are how wisdom is communicated from the spiritual realms and to each other. Song frees the authentic voice that communicates our soul essence and direction. Dance unites our spiritual and physical beings to for empowered action. Teachings incorporate simple practices using the breath, movement and the voice and are tailored to suit your lifestyle and current goals. JSD acupressure neck and shoulder release and crystal workshops are also available.
Heart Magic
We create our lives from our perceptions. The wisdom of creation is understood through the heart. Discover fundamental principles of sound healing and connect with your true being. Using the breath, sound and spoken word we will create a sacred space for hearing our heart’s wisdom and sharing our unique gifts.
