2-part workshop (you may take either part exclusive of the other)
Part 1: The Voice
This workshop will share simple and transformative basics of sound healing using the voice. The voice carries the essence of the body, thoughts and soul wisdom. Understanding how to balance our thought, emotional and physical vibrations enables harmonious communication with all. The voice opens self-understanding to empower intuitive direction for wellness on every level. Learn to recognize your true voice and move freely with the eternal music that directs our destinies. Includes practice with mantra and overtones. No vocal experience is needed; for musicians this workshop may offer a new dimension to your use of sound.

Part 2: The Artist
Each of us is an artist shaping our body and world through which we travel. Our soul essence is Beauty. To reflect this in our creations necessitates a peaceful psyche. The inner voice or wisdom is directly linked to the literal voice and staying with it holds one in harmony to illuminate the best path always: in diet, movement practice, relationship, lifestyle. Living your truth through the body weaves a graceful life mandala. This workshop includes practical guidance for intuitive navigation and travel literally and figuratively. In this workshop practical ways to invite, receive and implement artistic inspiration for creating specific projects will also be explored.

Free Introduction Feb. 5 & March 14, 1.30-2.30

H0w do you become it, weave it into the music that is the fabric of your being, your life? Tamara will offer a brief introduction to vibrational healing and share her soul songs with gentle guidance for listening to and/or sounding your voice that empowers your world.
